Howard Grosfield, President, U.S. Consumer Services
Mr. Grosfield is President, U.S. Consumer Services at American Express. He leads all aspects of the U.S. Consumer Card Division, as well as the company’s Global Travel & Lifestyle business, the Centurion Lounge network, the Global Dining business, U.S. Consumer Banking, and Amex Offers.
Mr. Grosfield has held many positions since joining American Express in 2004, including Executive Vice President &
General Manager of U.S. Consumer Marketing and Global Premium Services, Country Manager for American Express Canada and President and CEO of Amex Bank of Canada, Vice President & General Manager for International Small Business Services, Vice President, Regional Marketing & Strategy for Latin America and Canada, and Vice President in the Strategic Planning Group. Before joining American Express, Mr. Grosfield spent several years as a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He was also a lawyer with Osler in Toronto.
Mr. Grosfield holds a bachelor’s degree and LLB (J.D.) With Distinction from Western University in Canada.
