The restatements of American Express Credit Corporation's (Credco's) consolidated financial statements for the years 2008 and 2007 and for the periods ended March 31, 2009 and 2008 and June 30, 2009 and 2008, as reflected in Credco's amended reports on Form 10-K/A for 2008 and Form 10-Q/A for the first and second quarters of 2009 have resulted in changes to the Credco Fixed Charge Coverage ratio for a number of periods.
